1. What are the differences between Free and Premium version?
All key features for proxy debugging are built-in for both Free and Premium version. However, Free version is limited to 4 pinned items and 1 opened tabs at a time.
Premium version comes with a year’s worth of updates and unlimited tabs and pin items.
You can upgrade to Premium version to unlock all premium features by purchasing a License key.
2. How does license work?
By default, one license key can be applied to one device only. To apply to more devices, you have to extend seats or buy a Multiple-Device license.
If you have 2 devices, you could purchase Combo License with 40% off.
If you forget the license key or want to remove an old device, please visit the License Manager
3. What happens if I don’t renew my license?
If you don’t want to renew your license after it expires, you can continue to use the Proxyman version that you have, for as long as you want, but you won’t be able to receive any further updates. Any items you previously pinned will stay under your Favourites section until you choose to remove them. If you decide to renew at a later date, that’s fine — you’re welcome back at any time.
4. Can I get a Refund?
We offer 7-days money back guarantee. Please send a cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org from the license email address. You do not need to include a reason, but we genuinely appreciate your feedback for further app improvement.
5. Can I get a refund on VAT?
The price you see may or may not include VAT based on your country. If you have already purchased, please contact email@example.com with your VAT information and receipt number.
