1. What are the differences between the Free and Premium versions?
The Premium License comes with:
- A year of updates
- Multiple Tabs
- Unlimited Pinned Domains / Apps
- Unlimited matching rules for all Advanced Debugging Tools (e.g. SSL Proxying List, Map Local, Map Remote, Breakpoint, Allow/Block List, Protobuf, Scripting, Network Conditions, Multiple Filters, etc)
You can try all debugging tools in the Trial version, but it is limited to 4 pinned domains, 4 matching rules, and no new tabs.
2. How does a license work?
For a Standard License, one license key (1 seat) can be applied to one Mac device only. To apply to more devices, you have to extend seats or buy a Multiple-Device license.
If you have 2 Mac devices, you might consider purchasing a Personal License with 40% off.
If you forget the license key or want to remove an old device, please visit the License Manager
3. How can I unlock Premium Proxyman for iOS with a License Key?
Download Proxyman for iOS -> Open More Screen -> FaceID & Passcode -> Unlock -> Enter your license key.
4. What happens if I don’t renew my license?
If you don’t want to renew your license after it expires, you can continue to use the Proxyman version that you have, for as long as you want, but you won’t be able to receive any further updates.
All Premium features like unlimited Pins, Matching Rules, and Multiple Tabs are still working as Premium Version.
If you decide to renew at a later date, that’s fine — you’re welcome back at any time.
5. Can I get a Refund?
We offer 7-days money-back guarantee. Please send a cancellation request to email@example.com from the license email address. You do not need to include a reason, but we genuinely appreciate your feedback for further app improvement.
6. Can I get a refund on VAT?
The price you see may or may not include VAT based on your country. If you have already purchased, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your VAT information and receipt number.
