General FAQs

- Proxyman License Type: Proxyman License is a Perpetual License (not a Subscription model)
- Currency: USD.
- Payment accepted: PayPal, Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, Goole Pay, and Wire Transfer. Please check out the Paddle Payment Methods Document for further information.
- Payment Terms: NET 30, 45
- Are there any signed contracts? No, you don't need to sign any additional contracts.
- The license key is delivered via email.
- Proxyman/Paddle supports various types of payment methods (VISA/Debit card, Apple/Google Pay, Wire Transfer), but it depends on your country.
- If you use the Wire Transfer payment method, your license can be delivered in 3-5 business days. On the other hand, purchases via other methods (except the Wire Transfer) will be immediately delivered.
- The final price can be added by the VAT of your country.
- You can apply for a VAT refund by replying to help@paddle.com if it's applicable.

How to make an order
Quote Request
Please contact us at support@proxyman.io for the quote. In this email, provide us:
- How many licenses that you'd like to purchase
- License Type: Standard, Personal License, or Team License
- Your company address.
We will send you a quote in 1 business day.
1. Purchase a new license
- Open the Pricing Page
- Select the license that you'd like to purchase. It could be a Standard / Personal / Team License.
- If it's a team license, you can select the number of licenses.
- Paddle would display the total price in USD. It might add the VAT depends on which country you're located in.
- Purchase by selecting your payment methods.
- Checkout.
At this point, you will receive:
- A License Key Email from support@proxyman.io
- A Invoice from help@paddle.com. You can fill in your company info, including the VAT number.
Notes:
- Please double-check your email license. If it's incorrect, you might not receive the license key and the invoice. If there is a mistake, please contact support@proxyman.io.
2. Extend License
You can extend the number of seats to your license key as long as it's still not expired.
- Open the Extend License Page
- Enter your current license key
- Select the number of seats you'd like to extend.
- Paddle would display the total price in USD. It might add the VAT depends on which country you're located in.
- Checkout.
At this point, you will receive:
- A Extend License Key confirmation Email from support@proxyman.io
- A Invoice from help@paddle.com. You can fill in your company info, including the VAT number.
3. Renew License
- Open the Renew License Page
- Enter your current license
- If it's eligible for renewal. Proxyman would display the total price in USD.
- Paddle would display the total price in USD. It might add the VAT depends on which country you're located in.
- Checkout
Notes:
- You can renew your license before 3 months of the expiration date.
- Your final price depends on the number of seats. In general, it's $39 x the number of seats.
4. Manage your license
- Visit the License Manager Portal
- Enter your email that you purchase a license.
- Proxyman will send you an access link to your mailbox.
- Open it, then you can remove/add/renew/extend your license.

1. How can I transfer the license to a different email?
Please contact us at support@proxyman.io, and let us know which email you'd like to transfer.
2. I could not find my license key
You can find your license by either:
- Search the email with the subject: [Proxyman] License Key
- Use the License Manager Portal
If you could not find it, please provide us evidence (Receipt/Invoice, etc) via support@proxyman.io
3. Is it auto-renewal when it's expired?
Proxyman License is a Perpetual License (not a Subscription model). Therefore, it's not auto-renewal when your license is expired.
